This action plan is divided into 15 categories of tasks, with 80 specific measures, and proposes annual target results, leading departments, and cooperating departments.
According to the work plan, qualified industrial Internet companies will be supported in initial public offering and listing of securities, listing at the basic and innovative layers of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations System, and refinancing through additional issuance, allotment of shares, and convertible bonds.
This work is led by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSI Financial Research Institute).
The annual work goals include studying and promoting the comprehensive registration system reform in a timely manner, further improving the inclusiveness of the issuance system, and creating favorable conditions for qualified industrial Internet companies to raise funds through the capital market.
The plan proposes to create an upgraded version of "5G + Industrial Internet".
Accelerate the construction of 5G fully connected factories, and build 10 5G fully connected factory benchmarks this year.
Cultivate and promote the typical application scenarios of "5G + Industrial Internet", and promote the integrated application of 5G and other new generation information technologies in the fields of ship assembly and construction, civil aircraft manufacturing and other fields.
The plan also proposes to build an industrial Internet big data center system.
Continue to improve the construction of the National Industrial Internet Big Data Center.
The construction of regional sub-centers of national industrial Internet big data centers in Chongqing, Shandong, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Guangdong, etc. has been basically completed.
