“The vast majority of foreign companies – I met with many of them with their leaders here – they now want to stay,” the First Deputy Prime Minister said.

According to him, these countries "are in the format of decisions taken by headquarters."

“Headquarters basically take the position of “neither yes nor no, we will see how events develop,” RIA Novosti quotes him.

Belousov also noted that Russia must firmly defend its interests in the event of the departure of foreign companies.

Earlier, a draft law on external management for companies leaving Russia was submitted to the State Duma.
