  The withdrawal amount shall not exceed the housing provident fund amount before the month when the house purchase contract or agreement is signed (including the current month), and the total amount shall not exceed the purchase price.

Among them, the purchase of affordable housing for targeted resettlement shall not exceed the price of the house purchased after deducting the housing compensation.
