The Department of Seine-Saint-Denis invited this Thursday more than 200 public works actors to an event at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis.

The objective was to present them with the many construction projects planned for 2022. The department has already begun to change its face since 2010 through several renovation and construction plans, notes Construction Cayola.

A major investor

The department is the sixth in France in terms of investment, with a budget of 408 million euros in 2022. The territory has presented around thirty projects with a total cost of nearly 300 million.

Among them: energy renovation and construction of colleges, rehabilitation of the Marville shooting range and creation of a natural bathing area in a park in La Courneuve (Seine-Saint-Denis) or even development work on the T1 Tramway tower.

All must comply with strict ecological standards, in particular by reducing the environmental impact through low-carbon construction, the choice of materials and their recycling or the support of eco-responsible sectors.
