Honda, an automobile manufacturer, has announced a new plan to introduce 30 EV = electric vehicles worldwide by 2030 and produce more than 2 million vehicles annually.



Honda's production last year was 4.13 million units, about half of which will be EV.



It also announced that it will invest 5 trillion yen in research and development of EVs and related software over the next 10 years.



Honda has set a goal of making all new cars sold in 2040 EVs and FCVs = fuel cell vehicles, but the aim is to accelerate electrification by showing concrete plans.
