  China News Service, April 11. According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on the 11th, in March 2022, the national consumer price (CPI) rose by 1.5% year-on-year.

Among them, food prices fell by 1.5%, and non-food prices rose by 2.2%.

Among food, the price of pork dropped by 41.4%, affecting the CPI by about 0.83 percentage points; the price of fresh vegetables increased by 17.2%, affecting the CPI by about 0.37 percentage points; the grain price increased by 2.0%, affecting the CPI by about 0.04 percentage points.

On average from January to March, the national consumer price rose by 1.1% over the same period of the previous year.
