In 2021, the sales volume of new energy commercial vehicles will reach 197,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 51.4%, and the penetration rate will reach 4.2%.

  Many car companies are scrambling to deploy and deepen the new energy commercial vehicle market.

Heavy goods vehicles are key to reducing emissions

  The hot sale of new energy heavy trucks began with the "Notice on Confirmation of National VI Emission Products for Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The "Notice" requires that from July 1, 2021, enterprises will stop the production and sales of heavy-duty diesel vehicle products that do not meet the requirements of the National VI Standard.

This means that emissions have become an important limit indicator for heavy truck production.

Two months later, new energy heavy trucks ushered in a turning point in their development.

  According to Liang Linhe, director of Sany Group and chairman of Sany Heavy Truck, over the years, the domestic heavy truck market has been highly concentrated, with the top five state-owned auto companies occupying more than 80% of the market share.

New energy has changed the original pattern. In 2021, the sales of new energy heavy trucks by the traditional top five OEMs will only be 17%, and 83% of the shares will be dominated by new energy and new forces.

He expects that new energy heavy trucks will maintain high growth in the next few years.

Promote carbon reduction in the whole industry chain

  Parts remanufacturing is an indispensable part of building a green ecology of the full value chain of commercial vehicles.

Ye Shengji, chief engineer and deputy secretary-general of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, pointed out that compared with original manufacturing, remanufacturing of auto parts can save materials and energy consumption by more than 70%, and reduce manufacturing costs by 30% to 50%; The adverse impact on the environment is significantly reduced.

Vigorously developing the parts and components remanufacturing industry is of great significance to the automotive industry to reduce carbon emissions, save energy and reduce costs, as well as promote the realization of the "dual carbon" goal.
