Twitter, a major American social media company, announced on the 5th that it will introduce a trial editing function that allows you to change the content posted on Twitter later in the next few months.

It will be made available only to members of paid services that are available in some areas such as the United States, Canada, and Australia, and issues will be identified.

There have been calls for editing features among users for some time, but founder Jack Dorsey, who retired as CEO last November, expressed negative thoughts about the introduction.

Elon Musk, who has decided to become a director of the company, asks his followers if he wants an "edit button" on the 4th, saying that the company "has been considering it since last year". He explains that it wasn't because he voted on Twitter.
