The rotation period of the rotating chairman is six months.

In addition to Meng Wanzhou, the other two rotating chairmen are Xu Zhijun and Hu Houkun.

According to Huawei's rotating chairman system, Hu Houkun will be the rotating chairman from April 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022.

Guo Ping stepped down as the rotating chairman and became the chairman of the board of supervisors.

At present, the chairman of Huawei is Liang Hua, and the members of the standing committee of the board of directors include: Xu Zhijun, Hu Houkun, Meng Wanzhou, Wang Tao, and Yu Chengdong.

Huawei founder Ren Zhengfei serves as director and CEO.

Huawei's official website stated that the company implements collective leadership at the governance level, and does not depend on the fate of the company on individuals. Collective leadership follows the principles of common values, focused responsibility, democratic centralization, separation of powers and checks and balances, and self-criticism.

At the end of last month, Huawei announced its 2021 annual report.

Meng Wanzhou said that in 2021, even if the company does not consider the income from asset disposal, the net profit margin will also rise, and the operating cash flow will achieve 59.7 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 69.4% compared with last year, indicating the company's hematopoietic ability. In strengthening, the ability to deal with external uncertainties is also improving.

Huawei's revenue in 2021 will be 636.8 billion yuan, down 28.56% from the previous year; its net profit will be 113.7 billion yuan, up 76% from the previous year.
