12,900 central SOEs set up boards of directors

Subsidiaries of central enterprises and subsidiaries of local state-owned enterprises have achieved a majority of external directors at 99.6% and 96.7% respectively.

96.9% of the central enterprise group companies and 98.5% of the local first-level enterprises have established a management system authorized by the board of directors to the managers.

More than 95% of the management members of state-owned subsidiaries at all levels achieved tenure-based and contractual management.
