Douban sued Weibo for a claim of 1 yuan: plagiarizing the names of multiple Douban groups

　　China News Service, March 30 (Reporter Song Yusheng) The reporter learned that Douban sued Weibo on the grounds of "unfair competition" on the 30th.

Douban claimed that Weibo plagiarized the names of multiple Douban groups without authorization.

Douban appealed to Weibo to immediately stop the infringement, publicly apologize, and compensate Douban RMB 1.

　　Douban said that on March 29, the Weibo @ Chaohua community posted a blog post "Super Talk Nova Project" to recruit Super Talk administrators. The blog post was accompanied by unauthorized use of multiple Douban group names, such as: Weird Problems Research Center , sunset lovers, quarrel did not play well, the most hypocritical group in history, etc. At the same time, people with experience in Douban group management were recruited to the Weibo platform to establish a "chaohua community" similar to the "Douban group".
