Hino Motors recorded extraordinary loss and forecasted deficit due to fraudulent data submission problem

Hino Motors announced that it will record an extraordinary loss as a recall cost in response to the problem of submitting incorrect data on engine exhaust gas to the government.

As a result, the final profit and loss forecast for the current fiscal year has been revised downward from a surplus of 15 billion yen to a deficit of 54 billion yen.
