Amanat approves distributing 150 million dirhams of cash dividends for 2021

The company stated in a statement that the shareholders approved, during the meeting, all decisions, including the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2021, and the Board of Directors' recommendation to distribute cash dividends of 6 fils per share for the year ending in December 2021.

The company revealed that it will distribute the highest cash dividend in the history of “Amanat” at a value of 150 million dirhams for the fiscal year 2021.

The company stated that it achieved a net profit of 280.8 million dirhams, an increase of 28 times compared to 2020, to achieve the highest level of profitability since its inception, pointing out that the growth was supported by remarkable progress in terms of the company's strategy, which aims to maximize the value of its investments in the long term. in education and healthcare platforms.


Healthcare

The healthcare platform achieved profits of 40.6 million dirhams in 2021, compared to losses estimated at 49.5 million dirhams in 2020.

The annual income growth rate from Amanat’s investment portfolio in the education sector reached 4%, to record 98.4 million dirhams during 2021, supported by the noticeable increase in the number of enrolled students and the growth in the share of market investments.
