On the 15th, the price of diesel in Seoul broke the 2,000 won level for the first time in 14 years since 2008, and it has risen by more than 350 won compared to the end of last month.



A gas station has also appeared in Seoul where the price of diesel exceeds that of gasoline.



The sharp rise in economic prices is in line with the situation in Europe.



In Europe, where the proportion of diesel vehicles is high, as vehicle operation decreased due to the aftermath of Corona 19, oil refiners reduced production and inventories decreased.



The US announced an embargo on Russia's crude oil price hike.



Domestically, the government's fuel tax cuts had an impact.
