Dubai real estate transactions record 1.9 billion dirhams

Today, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department exceeded 1.9 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 474 pledges of allegiance worth 1.52 billion dirhams, of which 98 pledged allegiance to lands worth 671.55 million dirhams, and 376 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas worth 849.54 million dirhams.

The most important land sales of 190 million dirhams in the “Nad Hessa” area, followed by a pledge of 70 million dirhams in the “Palm Jumeirah” area, then a pledge of 18 million dirhams in the “Umm Al Sheif” area.

"Al Habiyah Fifth" region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 38 pledges of 81 million dirhams, followed by "Al-Markadh" with 23 pledges of 150 million dirhams, and "Wadi Al-Safa 5" with 13 pledges of 56 million dirhams.

Apartments and villas

A pledge of 34 million dirhams in the “Palm Jumeirah” area came as the most important sale of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 33 million dirhams in the “Burj Khalifa” area, and a pledge of 21 million dirhams in the “Jumeirah First” area.

"Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 53 pledges worth 79 million dirhams, followed by the "Dubai Marina" area with 37 pledges of 110 million dirhams, and the third in "Burj Khalifa" with 30 pledges of 115 million dirhams.

Mortgages and gifts

In turn, the mortgages recorded a value of 441.56 million dirhams, of which 18 mortgages of lands worth 120.23 million dirhams, and 57 mortgages for villas and apartments worth 321.33 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the "Trade Center First" area with a value of 155 million dirhams, and another in the "Nadd Al Hammar" area with a value of 78 million dirhams.

As for the donations, 11 donations worth 27.4 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which were in the "Palm Jumeirah" area with a value of 16 million dirhams, and another in the "Dubai Marina" area with a value of five million dirhams.
