The car-hailing driver questioned the "injustice of the platform dispatching orders", and the company denied it

It is difficult to complete the "last order" and the guaranteed income turns into subsidized money

Yangcheng Evening News reporter Wang Junjie

"When you receive ten orders, you can 'guarantee the bottom line', but after running nine orders, the last tenth order was driven on the road for nearly 6 hours and could not be received." Li Wei, a special car driver for T3 travel, said.

Recently, a number of Changsha limousine drivers from the T3 travel platform reported to the Yangcheng Evening News reporter that the platform has dispatched very few orders recently, and what is even more strange is that it is often difficult to complete the "last order". To the guaranteed minimum income every day, there is even a situation of "discounted money".

In response, T3 Travel responded that the platform dispatches orders according to the principles of prioritizing and dispatching cars in close proximity, and there is no "dispatch tilt" situation. If there is a certain impact, the platform will take relevant measures to increase the income of drivers.

  The driver complained:

It is difficult to receive orders, and it is suspected that the platform deliberately "cards orders"

According to public information, T3 Travel is a smart travel ecological platform built by Nanjing Lingxing Technology Co., Ltd. It is initiated by China FAW Group Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., in conjunction with Tencent and Alibaba. and other joint investment.

On January 5 this year, T3 travel launched an exclusive service in Changsha (special car, previously only express).

According to Li Wei, a special car driver, the operation mode of Changsha’s T3 travel car is a car rental model. Drivers who sign a one-year car rental contract need to pay a monthly rent of 5,500 yuan (about 180 yuan per day) to the car rental company, and the charging fee for electric vehicles (daily About 60 yuan) needs to be borne by the driver.

Li Wei told reporters that in the first three months of the launch of the special car, T3 travel provided a "guarantee task" for the special car drivers, that is, "go online for 9 hours a day and complete 10 orders (including express train orders), with a guaranteed minimum turnover of 450 yuan / day", This means that as long as the driver completes the "guarantee task", at least a daily income of nearly 200 yuan can be guaranteed.

According to Li Wei, drivers can basically complete 10 orders in about 8 hours in the 20 days or so after the special car was launched, and get the guaranteed income.

However, after returning to work after the Spring Festival holiday in February, the number of orders gradually decreased, and drivers needed to go online for about 12 hours a day to complete 10 orders.

Since the end of February, many drivers need to spend nearly 15 hours to complete 10 orders, or simply cannot complete the "basic task".

Li Wei suspects that the platform deliberately "cards the order" on the last order.

According to the screenshot of the running water provided by Li Wei, on March 3, he completed a total of 9 orders, which means that he could not get the guaranteed income.

His online time (the time spent driving on the road) was 14.57 hours, but the billable time (the time spent picking up passengers) was only 2.47 hours.

He told reporters that the first 9 orders of the day were evenly spaced, but the last 10 orders, he drove on the road for nearly 6 hours, failed to receive them.

"No matter where the car goes, no matter how you wait, there is no ticket." Li Wei said.

On March 10, Li Wei was online for 11.67 hours and only completed 6 orders. His running income was 170.05 yuan, which could not cover the cost of car rental and electricity bills.

Li Wei's predicament is not an exception.

According to him, he has learned that there are more than 200 drivers in Changsha T3, more or less facing the dilemma of "no order to pick up".

Zhao Gang, the driver of the special car, introduced that on March 10, there were more than 30 drivers in his driver group, and only about 20 completed the task of "guaranteing 10 orders".

"Some drivers run on the road for fifteen or six hours to complete." Zhao Gang said.

The taxi driver Wang Mei said that on February 14, she failed to receive an order for 7 hours, but one day in early March, after finishing the first 9 orders, she waited nearly 4 hours for the last order. .

In addition, Wang Mei also said that the platform will always send the last order to a place far away from home.

According to Li Wei, when recruiting drivers, the platform staff said that the monthly income of going online for 10 hours a day can reach about 8,000 yuan, and the monthly income of going online for 12 hours can exceed 10,000 yuan.

"At present, it seems that this income target is difficult to achieve." Li Wei said.

Li Wei told reporters that on March 14, more than 80 special car drivers collectively complained to the Changsha operator of "T3 Travel" about the lack of orders.

Although the operator did not give a specific commitment, on March 15, drivers saw a significant increase in the number of orders.

At the same time, the platform has also opened up order-taking channels such as "Quick Enjoy" and "Huixiang" to special car drivers. "The fastest driver went online at 7:00 in the morning and completed 10 orders in less than 3 hours."

According to the screenshot provided by Li Wei, on March 15, the top-ranked drivers in his team all achieved more than 1,000 yuan in turnover.

  The platform responded:

  There is no "dispatch tilt"

On the evening of March 15, the reporter called the manager (the person who manages the drivers) of a convoy of the "T3 Travel" special car in Changsha.

According to him, after entering the off-season of online car-hailing in March, due to various reasons such as weather, there were indeed not many orders for a period of time, but at present, "the problem has been solved."

In response to complaints from Changsha taxi drivers, T3 Travel Headquarters responded to a reporter from the Yangcheng Evening News, saying that in order to meet the diverse travel needs of users in the Changsha market, T3 Travel launched a special car product in January 2022.

Since the launch of the product, the platform has adopted a number of measures to increase the running income of the car drivers.

For example, in addition to taking special car orders normally, a special car driver can also take express car orders; if the daily online time and order volume standards are met, they can obtain guaranteed income, etc.

However, due to the impact of the epidemic, the travel demand of Changsha citizens has declined recently, which has brought a certain impact on the online car-hailing market.

In this regard, the platform is also taking relevant measures to continuously increase the income of drivers.

In response to the "card order" problem that drivers suspected, T3 Travel stated that for all drivers, the platform dispatches orders according to the principles of prioritizing and dispatching cars in close proximity, so as to achieve fair dispatch, and there is no "dispatch tilt" situation.
