Today, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 4.3 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 301 pledges of allegiance worth 741.28 million dirhams, including 68 pledges of land with a value of 173.43 million dirhams, and 233 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas worth 567.85 million dirhams.

The most important land sales worth 11 million dirhams came in the “Jebel Ali First” area, followed by two sales of 10 million dirhams each in the “Al-Markadh” area.

And a pledge of 70 million dirhams in the “Al Nahda II” area came as the most important pledge of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 30 million dirhams in the “Island 2” area, and finally a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the “Palm Jumeirah” area.

“Business Bay” topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 42 pledges worth 55 million dirhams, followed by “Al-Markadh” with 24 pledges of 40 million dirhams, and the third in “Burj Khalifa” with 16 pledges of 50 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 3.46 billion dirhams, including 15 mortgages of land, with a value of 3.07 billion dirhams, and 68 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 387.54 million dirhams. dirhams.
