Jingdong Logistics acquires 66.49% shares of Debon

The announcement shows that JD Logistics will acquire 66.49% of Debon shares, and the two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of express delivery, cross-border, warehousing and supply chain.

The financial report shows that in 2021, the total revenue of JD Logistics will reach 104.7 billion yuan, of which the customer income from the integrated supply chain will reach 71.1 billion yuan, and the income of other customers including express delivery will be about 33.6 billion yuan.

As of December 31, 2021, JD Logistics has more than 1,300 warehouses and more than 300,000 front-line employees nationwide, and has achieved same-day and next-day delivery in 93% of districts and counties and 84% of townships nationwide.

Debon Logistics is a comprehensive logistics provider that links express, logistics, cross-border, warehousing and supply chain. It has more than 30,000 business outlets, 140 warehouses, and more than 2,000 trunk lines across the country.

  It is reported that the two parties will continue to maintain the independent operation of the brand and team, and the overall strategy and business direction will remain unchanged.
