“Since banks operate inside Russia, obey Russian law and use this system inside Russia, then, therefore, Visa and Mastercard simply cannot dictate their terms,” the specialist said.
He recalled that restrictions on the work of Visa and Mastercard will only apply abroad, in Russia everything will work as usual.
