On March 2, the China-Laos Railway (Jiangjin-Vientiane) international freight train carrying chemicals, building materials, general machinery, daily necessities and other goods was dispatched from the Luohuang Railway Integrated Logistics Hub in Jiangjin District, Chongqing.

This batch of goods will leave the country for Laos through Mohan Port. Compared with the previous road delivery that took 10 days, the transportation time will be shortened by about half. It will effectively promote the "going out" of local industries and the "bringing in" of resources along the channel, helping Chongqing Export-oriented economic development and national logistics hub construction.

Jiangjin Luohuang is one of the main bearing places for the construction of "Chongqing Land-Port-Type National Logistics Hub".

In order to deeply integrate into the "One Belt, One Road" initiative and the construction of the new western land-sea corridor, Jiangjin District has, relying on the Luohuang railway integrated logistics hub, successively opened rail-sea combined transport and cross-border international train routes through Qinzhou, Fangchenggang, Pingxiang and other ports. .

From July 2019, the Jiangjin trains in the western land-sea new channel have been operated on a regular basis, and by the end of 2021, a total of 334 trains have been operated.
