Optimize the vehicle energy structure, vigorously promote the conversion of oil to electricity for motor vehicles, continue to increase the application of new energy vehicles in the bus, taxi, road passenger and freight industries during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and promote the dual optimization of the city's motor vehicle energy and emission structure .
