Strengthening Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Transportation Interconnection

Beijing will create an efficient and convenient transportation environment in the functional core area of the capital, vigorously promote the construction of microcirculation, formulate differentiated parking policies, and promote green and convenient travel.

Optimize the vehicle energy structure, vigorously promote the conversion of oil to electricity for motor vehicles, continue to increase the application of new energy vehicles in the bus, taxi, road passenger and freight industries during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and promote the dual optimization of the city's motor vehicle energy and emission structure .
