"Al Barsha South Fourth", "Business Bay" and "Dubai Marina" record the highest sales of apartments and villas

Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department exceeded 1.6 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 341 pledges of allegiance worth 1.28 billion dirhams, of which 62 pledged allegiance to land with a value of 693.98 million dirhams, and 279 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas worth 589.8 million dirhams.

The most important land sales of 413 million dirhams in the “Dubai Marina” area, followed by a pledge of 26 million dirhams in the “Nadd Al Sheba first” area, then a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the “Al Barsha South Fourth” area.

"Al Habiya Fifth" region topped the regions in terms of the number of allegiances, with 28 pledges worth 69 million dirhams, followed by "Wadi Al Safa 5" with eight pledges of 43 million dirhams, and the third in "Al Yafra 3" with six pledges of seven million dirhams.

Sales of apartments and villas

A pledge of 25 million dirhams in the “Palm Jumeirah” area came as the most important sale of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the same area, then a pledge of 18 million dirhams in the “Burj Khalifa” area.

And “Al Barsha South Fourth” topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, after it recorded 34 pledges of allegiance worth 24 million dirhams, followed by the “Business Bay” area with 32 pledges of 40 million dirhams, and the third in “Dubai Marina” with 30 pledges worth 78 million dirhams.

Mortgages and gifts

In turn, the mortgages recorded a value of 258.78 million dirhams, including 11 mortgages of land, worth 113 million dirhams, and 66 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 145.78 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the “Al Barsha South South Third” area with a value of 63 million dirhams, and another in the “Al Thanya Fourth” area with a value of 40 million dirhams.

As for the donations, it witnessed the registration of 18 donations worth 83.42 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the "Al Warqa'a Al-Oula" area with a value of 32 million dirhams, and another in the "Nad Al Hammar" area with a value of 16 million dirhams.
