Accelerate the development of rural elderly care services.

Relying on rural happiness homes, etc., build a mutual-aid service network for the elderly.

Establish a regular visit system for the elderly with special difficulties.

By 2025, the monthly visiting rate of the elderly with special difficulties will reach 100%.

  In terms of inclusive elderly care services, the "Plan" clearly will expand the coverage of inclusive elderly care services.

Continue to cultivate and develop community elderly care service institutions, and extend services to families by operating family elderly care beds.

Promote the complementary functions of regional elderly care service centers and community institutions at the township and street level, and jointly build a “quarter-an-hour” home-based elderly care service circle.

At the same time, it will focus on supporting the construction of nursing-type elderly care service facilities.
