"Abu Dhabi National Insurance" launches a program to train and employ citizens in the "underwriting department"

The Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company announced the launch of the “My Potential” training program for UAE nationals, with the aim of recruiting and training young national talents in the company’s “underwriting department,” as part of the company’s Emiratisation strategy.


The company stated in a statement that the new training program is in line with the integrated federal "NAFES" program, which aims to raise the competitive efficiency of national cadres, and enable them to occupy distinguished jobs in the private sector institutions in the country, as the Abu Dhabi National Insurance is committed to supporting the state's strategy and objectives to raise rates Localization of jobs.


Abu Dhabi National Insurance confirmed that it is looking forward to enhancing the skills of its workforce to ensure the development of the basic technical, behavioral and leadership skills required in their current and future jobs and positions.

She explained that the program will focus on employing and developing Emirati competencies, and refining their capabilities in the field of underwriting and insurance for individuals and companies, which will open the door for young citizens to become leaders in the insurance industry in the future.

For his part, Husam Mansour, Vice President - Human Resources and Business Support at Abu Dhabi National Insurance, said: “The program is an essential starting point for our new young Emirati employees to start their careers in the insurance industry,” noting that the program was designed in line with the company’s plans.
