A company information session for university students graduating next spring began on the 1st, and as job hunting began in earnest, a major aviation company affected by the new coronavirus resumed hiring for the first time in three years.

Of these, Japan Airlines plans to hire a total of about 270 people, including flight attendants and general staff working on the ground, in the spring of next year, and participated in a joint company information session held in Koto-ku, Tokyo on the 1st.

After the spread of the new corona infection, the company has postponed hiring except for some pilots, so it will be the first time in three years to resume hiring in all occupations.

At the booth set up at the venue, students who wanted to get a job were explained about the work of each job type, and then asked senior employees about the job satisfaction and ease of work.

A female university student who is aiming to become a flight attendant said, "I was very happy to resume hiring because I thought it would be impossible to hire because of the influence of the new Corona."

Shunsuke Kunitomo, a recruitment group of the Japan Airlines Human Resources Department, said, "Although the effects of the spread of infections such as Omicron strains remain, we have decided that it is necessary to resume recruitment for the future growth of the company."

All Nippon Airways has resumed hiring general managers who work on the ground for the first time in three years, and there are moves to recover aviation demand after the infection has subsided.
