At the meeting, Wu Hongyao, a member of the party group of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, said that in terms of arable land construction and protection, high-standard farmland construction will be promoted in 2022, 100 million mu of high-standard farmland will be built, and a total of 400 million mu of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation area will be built. The transformation of large, medium and low-yield fields will be carried out to improve the soil fertility level of arable land.
It is necessary to pay attention to the protection of black land, further promote the national black land protection project, and implement 80 million mu of black land conservation farming.
It is necessary to strengthen the whole-process supervision of the balance of occupation and compensation of cultivated land, to ensure that the supplementary cultivated land can be used stably for a long time, and to truly realize that the production capacity of the supplementary cultivated land is equivalent to the occupied cultivated land.
