«Etihad Airways» continues to Moscow flights .. and avoids flying over Ukraine

"Etihad Airways" confirmed that it continues to operate its flights to the Russian capital, Moscow, at the present time, at a rate of one flight per day, at a time when it continues to avoid flying over Ukrainian airspace completely.

And it explained that, as a precaution, it redirected its flights far from the border area in eastern and northern Ukraine at a large distance.


A spokesman for "Etihad Airways" said that the safety of passengers on board the airline's flights is a top priority.

He added, "Due to the escalating situation, the airline continues to monitor and evaluate developments in risks and air restrictions, and (Etihad Airways) is working to inform passengers of any changes to their flight schedules during the coming days, while continuing to put the safety of guests and air crews at the top of its priorities."
