　　According to the report, 8 batches of cosmetic products that did not meet the regulations were labeled with the product names: Qianfu Anti-Acne Balance Spray (for men), Qianfu Anti-Acne Balance Spray (for women), Shiyan Xiying Run Acne Cream, Shiyan Xi Oil Control Acne Removal Essence, Yan Xiaoquan Herbal Purifying Acne Removal Cream, Yuyang Acne Removal Essence, Ou Ran Baby Baby Skin Cream, Xi Yi Zhu Yan Mi Moisturizing and Soothing Technology Mask.

　　According to the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics" and "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics Production and Operation", the State Food and Drug Administration requires the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration to file a case against the registrants, filers and entrusted production enterprises involved in the above-mentioned 8 batches of cosmetics that do not meet the requirements. Investigate, order relevant enterprises to immediately take risk control measures and carry out self-inspection and rectification according to law; the drug supervision and management departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) order relevant cosmetics operators to immediately stop operating the above-mentioned cosmetics, investigate their purchase inspection records according to law, etc. Trace the source; if illegal acts are found, they will be investigated and dealt with seriously in accordance with the law; if a crime is suspected, they will be transferred to the public security organs in accordance with the law.
