The reporter learned that in Zhejiang, the "compensation" policy has been implemented as early as 2015, and it does not mean that there is no need to repay.

In the "Opinions of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province on Supporting Mass Entrepreneurship and Promoting Employment" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions") issued in 2015, it is mentioned that the development of entrepreneurship guaranteed loans should be supported.

Among them, the compensation of the Entrepreneurship Guarantee Fund is mentioned.

The "Opinions" is specifically stated as "simplify loan issuance procedures and improve the write-off method for bad and bad debts. If the loan is less than 100,000 yuan and is guaranteed by the Venture Guarantee Fund, personal guarantees are exempted. Loans provided by the Venture Guarantee Fund are classified as non-performing. If the loan is less than 100,000 yuan, the full amount will be compensated by the Entrepreneurship Guarantee Fund; if the loan exceeds 100,000 yuan, 80% will be compensated by the Entrepreneurship Guarantee Fund.”

In addition, the "Opinions" also include policies to promote mass entrepreneurship, such as relaxing market access, reducing taxes and fees, increasing support for start-up capital, expanding venture capital and financing channels, strengthening entrepreneurship education and training, and supporting rural e-commerce entrepreneurship.

In addition to the above, at the press conference on the 17th, the relevant person in charge of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security also introduced that college students are engaged in household economics, pension and modern agricultural entrepreneurship, and the government provides 100,000 yuan of entrepreneurial subsidies. Work, the government gives each person an annual employment subsidy of 10,000 yuan, and the subsidy is continued for 3 years.

For college students who go to Zhejiang for internships, living allowances are provided in various places.

For graduates with family difficulties, a job-seeking and entrepreneurial subsidy of 3,000 yuan per person will be issued.

Qi said, "This year, there are more than 10 million college graduates nationwide, which is a good opportunity for us. We must seize this opportunity and vigorously introduce college graduates." (End)
