The notice stated that in the national cosmetics supervision and sampling inspection work in 2021, it has been inspected by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Drug Inspection Research Institute and other units, and it has been marked as the Harosan baby of the manufacturer German Wansilede company and China's general distributor Beijing Longshengtai Health Technology Co., Ltd. 50 batches of cosmetic products, such as moisturizing cream, were not compliant.
According to the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics" and the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics Production and Operation", the State Food and Drug Administration requires the Guangdong and Zhejiang drug supervision and administration departments to review the above 50 batches of non-compliant cosmetics involving registrants, filers, entrusted production enterprises, The domestic responsible person shall file a case for investigation according to the law, and order the relevant enterprises to immediately take risk control measures and carry out self-inspection and rectification according to law; the drug supervision and administration departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) order the relevant cosmetics operators to immediately stop operating the above-mentioned cosmetics, and investigate their purchase inspection records according to law, etc. If there is any circumstance, the illegal products shall be traced back to the source; if any illegal act is found, it shall be investigated and dealt with seriously in accordance with the law; if a crime is suspected, it shall be transferred to the public security organ in accordance with the law.
