Earlier, the Izvestia newspaper, citing the words of Olga Skorobogatova, First Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia, reported that the second stage of testing payments in digital rubles for goods, services and government payments will begin in Russia in the fall of 2022.
On February 15, it became known that the Central Bank of Russia and market participants began testing the digital ruble platform.
