  According to the document, the defendant Cheng Ye, male, was born in Jixi County, Anhui Province on November 16, 1991, Han nationality, university culture, director of the operation department of the Jingdong flagship store of Three Squirrels Co., Ltd., and lives in Yijiang District, Wuhu City.

  In December 2014, the defendant Cheng Ye joined Three Squirrels Co., Ltd.

From December 2017 to December 2019, Cheng Ye took advantage of his position as the captain of the "Three Squirrels" Mouse One Special Forces and the head of the Spicy Tiao Department of the Product Supply Chain Center to cooperate with the defendants Cheng Haibing and Huang Hao or Independently instructed the supplier to increase the supply price, and obtained a rebate from it, totaling 5,302,377.7 yuan.

Among them, the defendant Cheng Ye participated in accepting bribes totaling 5,302,377.7 yuan, and his actual personal income totaled 4,088,177.7 yuan.

  After the incident, the public security organs detained and sealed up the license plate that the defendant Cheng Ye purchased with the illegal proceeds was a BMW brand car of Anhui B×××** (the purchase value was 268,000 yuan) and a car located in the third city of Wuhu City under the name of his wife Fang. A set of mountain houses (the building area is 117.17 square meters, and the total housing price is 1,141,236 yuan).

Cheng Ye's family withdrew 1,178,941.7 yuan of illegal income on his behalf.

  In the end, Cheng Ye was sentenced to 3 years in prison and fined 400,000 yuan for the crime of accepting bribes by non-state staff.

  Zhongxin Finance checked the China Judgment Documents website and found that Zhang Xiaoxiang, another three squirrel employees, was also sentenced to three years in prison for being suspected of taking bribes from non-state staff.

The public prosecution agency alleges: From September 2016 to October 2020, the defendant Zhang Xiaoxiang took advantage of his positions as the head of the auxiliary materials department and senior expert of the auxiliary materials department of Three Squirrels Co., Ltd. to illegally accept Ningguo Chengnan Printing Factory, etc. The money sent by the six business units, totaling 1,885,365.32 yuan, provided assistance in daily business development.
