The food and beverage sector in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) plays a major role in achieving the UAE's competitive aspirations at the global level.

This sector, which represents about 20% of the total food and beverage trade in Dubai, with a value of 13.5 billion dirhams, provides a wide range of rewarding incentives;

Such as exemption from customs duties, value-added tax and corporate tax, which all contribute to promoting the emirate's ambitious plans for continued growth.

By reformulating and approving the latest trends in the field of food manufacturing and distribution, Jafza contributes to enhancing local food production in the country, thus achieving the objectives of the National Food Security Strategy 2051.
