  Looking back to Anhui, the top five commodities and services reported during the long holiday in the province were: general food (548), catering and accommodation services (243), clothing, shoes and hats (212), beauty salons and bathing services ( 153 cases), cultural, entertainment and sports services (123 cases); the complaints reported mainly include quality problems (573 cases), after-sales service problems (402 cases), price problems (171 cases), contract problems (119 cases), advertising problems ( 55 pieces) etc.

  After analyzing the data, it was found that during the Spring Festival holiday, the province's 12315 platform received a total of 1,751 complaints and reports on commodities, an increase of 80.88% year-on-year, accounting for 65.98%, and an increase of 12.37 percentage points compared with the same period last year.

In the same period, the traditional consumer goods have increased at different rates. Among them, the number of complaints and reports of general food increased by 61.17% compared with the same period of last year, the largest increase.

  During the Spring Festival holiday, there were 153 complaints and reports involving beauty salons and bathing services, and 123 complaints and reports about cultural entertainment and sports services in our province, an increase compared with previous long holidays, mainly reflecting the poor attitude of beauty salon service personnel, exaggerating the efficacy of beauty products, and watching movies. Disputes over online ordering and refunds for watching dramas, suspension of holiday fitness facilities, etc.

In addition, consumer disputes of "returning to the hometown economy" have become a hot spot of appeal.

During the long holiday, the province's 12315 platform received a total of 243 complaints and reports on catering and accommodation, ranking second in the number of complaints and reports.

Most of them are consumer disputes that occurred during the stay, dinner parties, and banquets of people returning home during the Chinese New Year, mainly reflecting check-out disputes, poor hotel accommodation service quality, inconsistent publicity between hotels and web pages, and group purchase coupons that cannot be used normally during the Spring Festival.
