The ruble is declining against the dollar and the euro

As of 07:17 Moscow time, the dollar exchange rate increased by one kopeck and amounted to 74.75 rubles.

The euro rose by 14 kopecks to 85.45 rubles.

On February 8, the dollar fell below 75 rubles for the first time since January 13. 

Associate Professor, Lecturer in the Department of Financial Disciplines of the Higher School of Financial Management Valery Korneichuk gave a forecast for the ruble exchange rate for February.
