Among them, 30.775 million passengers were transported by railway; 91.69 million passengers were transported by road; 3.118 million passengers were transported by water; 5.010 million passengers were transported by civil aviation.
Han Jinghua said that in general, the passenger flow during the Spring Festival holiday showed a trend of "low before and high", with the lowest passenger flow on February 1 (the first day of the first month), which was 11.346 million; On the fourth day of the first lunar month, the passenger flow has gradually increased, mainly for short and medium-distance travel such as visiting relatives and friends, traveling around the city, and going to market in rural areas; starting from February 5 (the fifth day of the first lunar month), the return passenger flow during the holiday is ushered in, mainly from labor exporting provinces Cities and small and medium-sized cities gather to large cities and central cities.
The peak passenger flow occurred on February 6 (the sixth day of the first lunar month), at 27.422 million.
