Statement from "Etihad Airways" regarding travel to "Johannesburg"

Etihad Airways announced today the resumption of its flights between Abu Dhabi and Johannesburg, starting from March 3, 2022. This is in line with the recent directives issued by the UAE government regarding the resumption of travel to a number of African countries. 

A spokesman for Etihad Airways said that passengers arriving from Johannesburg must submit a negative PCR test result within 48 hours of departure, and a quick check at the airport 6 hours before their flight departure time, in addition to a PCR test upon their arrival at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
