  In 2021, the Shanghai Municipal Consumer Protection Commission will accept 4,670 online game complaints.

The problem of minors' mistakenly recharging and refunding is still relatively prominent, mainly due to the lack of manual customer service, the difficulty of providing evidence, and the long time consuming.

  There were 5,207 cultural and entertainment complaints, a year-on-year increase of 1.2 times.

While the number of secret room experience stores continues to expand, there are also problems such as unclear rules and inadequate safety protection measures.

  There were 5,603 complaints about services related to beauty salons, a year-on-year increase of 39.9%.

Some merchants sell to consumers in the name of "product + service" packages, inducing consumers layer by layer, and the prepaid amount is as high as tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of yuan.

For many so-called "skin care, anti-aging and micro-remediation" medical and aesthetic services, the prices are not publicized, and the quotations are different, the charges are confusing, and the price starts from the ground.

  In addition, the Shanghai Consumer Protection Committee also announced the phenomenon of consumer complaints in industries such as fitness, automobiles, home appliances, education and training, and webcasting.
