  近日,多个媒体报道的截图显示,25日深夜,腾讯企业微信的一名员工在部门内部大群中,因“赶版本”导致的高强度加班问题,怒怼管理层。“腾讯应届生公司大群怒怼管理层”,“加班文化为何屡禁不止”等话题接连热搜。

员工怒怼管理层:考虑过底下员工死活吗?

  “内测延期一天,企业微信是不是马上就会倒闭?”“用一个又一个20多小时的高强度加班,换来一个所谓的‘业务突破奖’,一个玻璃制奖杯,一份几千块钱的激励奖金,到底值不值的?”员工怼腾讯企业微信管理层。

  媒体报道的截图显示,该员工称,“明天我会提离职,希望各方不要卡我审批,免得妨碍我安心过个好年。”不过截至发稿,对于该员工是否已提交离职,腾讯方面无回应。

腾讯回应:尽量避免短期高强度工作

  中新财经记者获悉,上述员工怒怼企业微信管理层后,该团队总监在群里回应:让你对团队失望了,我有责任,这里确实看的出来,想倡导的量力而行在实施过程中是变形了,我们要想办法正常化。

  腾讯企业微信负责人黄铁鸣对此回应:“一些表彰内容引发了一位同学对部门高强度工作问题、影响健康问题的反馈,对于这位同学敢于直言问题的态度,我是认可的。”

  黄铁鸣还称,这位同学刚加入部门2个月,刚来压力较大,与周边同学交流下来发现大家普遍工作高强度,加上近期身边好友不幸去世产生较大内心冲击,因此情绪迸发在部门群内表达了自己对高强度工作的意见。
