During 2022, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) maintained its position as the most valuable brand in the UAE for the fourth year in a row, according to a report issued by the independent global brand "Brand Finance", which specializes in brand evaluation and strategic consulting for companies.

The ADNOC brand was valued at $12.76 billion (AED 47 billion), which means a growth of 19%, compared to last year, and more than 174% since 2017.

The company's brand ranked first in the UAE, second among brands in the Middle East and North Africa, and ninth among the top 10 brands in the world's oil and gas companies.

Over the past 12 months, ADNOC has been able to maintain its brand ranking by continuing to grow responsibly and achieving several achievements within the framework of its new energy strategy based on strengthening its partnerships in the field of clean, renewable energy and hydrogen, and its commitment to best practices at the group level. And its record in the field of health, safety and environment, and the success of its program to enhance the local added value, attract foreign direct investment and enhance the country’s position as a preferred destination for investment.

ADNOC's strategy focuses on preparing for the new energy future, which requires energy production with the lowest carbon emissions, by reducing emissions during exploration, development and production processes, and enhancing the company's capabilities in the field of advanced technology for capturing, using and storing carbon, and planning for green hydrogen production.
