　　中新网成都1月22日电 (单鹏)拥有3000多年种茶史的四川宜宾气候温和、雨量充沛，是种植茶叶的理想之地。在宜宾金秋湖茶博园，连片的茶树遍布山野，数个立于茶树旁的喷头喷出“毛毛细雨”，茶园“云雾缭绕”，宛如仙境。

　　这是川茶集团近年来引进的新型节水灌溉技术，能够改变茶叶生长环境，增加空气湿度和雾滴数量，降低茶园气温，为茶叶生长提供最适环境。“我们一直提倡围绕‘从茶园到茶杯’建立产业标准化、产品特色化。科技和文化是茶产业的两大保障，没有科技，传统产业就难以升级，没有文化就没有品牌，茶叶就走不远。”近日，四川省工商联副主席、川茶集团董事长颜泽文在接受中新网采访时表示。

　　1988年，学建筑出身的颜泽文通过一个偶然的机会进入茶行业。成为茶叶经销商后，短短3年时间，颜泽文从一家店开到三家店。“如何为消费者提供更高品质的茶叶？”带着这个想法，颜泽文萌生了自己做茶的念头。上世纪90年代伊始，颜泽文成立了江北茶厂，这座茶厂正是如今川茶集团的前身。1992年，江北茶厂推出的“叙府香茗”获四川省首届巴蜀食品节金奖、一炮而红，“当时宜宾的茶叶生产厂家至少有两三百家，获得这个奖很不容易。”颜泽文说。

　　“半路出家”的颜泽文初入茶行业所取得的成就，多半要归功于他自我学习的习惯。他说，“过去说‘三人行必有我师’，我给自己的要求是‘两人行必有我师’，每一个先我一天做茶叶的人，我都要向他学习优点与专长。所以尽管我不是科班出身，但却学了整个产业链的东西。”

The park, which covers an area of ​​more than 600 mu, has introduced more than 30 varieties of tea trees to test the adaptability and cultivation of tea varieties, and also conduct planting demonstrations of suitable varieties.

At present, a number of varieties have been selected that are suitable for large-scale promotion in the local area, including excellent tea varieties suitable for making "Tianfu Longya" red and green tea.

In order to increase the income of local villagers in Yibin, Sichuan Tea Group mobilized local cooperatives and villagers to plant tea on a large scale.

For more than ten years, the former corn fields and peanut fields in Yibin Mountains have developed into tea gardens, with a total area of ​​more than 100,000 mu.

Previously, the villagers planted corn and peanuts, and the annual harvest per mu of land was only a few hundred yuan.

"If you plant tea, you can harvest 3,000 yuan a year per mu of land!" Yan Zewen told the villagers.

At first, the villagers did not believe that growing tea would bring such a big profit. "If we grow tea according to our requirements and standards, I will guarantee the profit!" Yan Zewen's promise reassured the common people.

A technician tracked and served 10,000 mu of tea gardens, planned tea varieties for tea farmers, and taught them how to manage tea gardens.

In September last year, the promotion meeting of Sichuan Province's "10,000 enterprises to revitalize 10,000 villages" and the launching ceremony of "Chuancha revitalizing thousands of villages" were held in Sichuan Tea Group.

The action will focus on consolidating and expanding the results of assistance, cultivating and expanding the "10+3" industrial system of modern agriculture, and accelerating the comprehensive promotion of rural industrial revitalization.

This is another important measure taken by the Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce to guide the majority of private enterprises to fully participate in rural revitalization.
