Zhang Xinyun believes that Guizhou currently has a low effective utilization rate of rail-sea, rail-air combined transportation, and China-Europe trains, and has not yet formed the distribution and transfer of cargo flows in the province. This requires further construction of the province's logistics distribution center, fully integrating existing resources. Improve logistics hardware facilities, enhance cross-regional logistics distribution capabilities, and meet diversified logistics needs.
Zhang Xinyun also proposed that to promote more “Guizhou goods to the sea”, it is necessary to integrate Guizhou’s foreign trade transportation resources, optimize enterprise transportation organization plans, improve the comprehensive service quality of foreign trade transportation, and make full use of big data to empower “cross-border e-commerce + China-Europe trains” mode, optimize the operation process, improve the paperless level of China-Europe trains and the operation efficiency of the whole customs clearance chain.
