中新社柳州1月22日电 (林馨)从街头路边小吃到电商顶流,广西柳州螺蛳粉近年来凭借其独特的“臭”味走红,成长为500亿元(人民币,下同)产业。中国各地小吃也前来柳州“取经”,期盼在“网红小吃”产业里分一杯羹。

  “兰州拉面、沙县小吃、桂林米粉等相关行业人员都来柳州考察、学习螺蛳粉产业发展经验,桂林市代表前前后后来过好几次。”柳州市商务局副局长贾建功告诉中新社记者。

  广西柳州市商务局提供的数据显示,2021年柳州螺蛳粉全产业链销售收入达到501.6亿元,其中袋装柳州螺蛳粉销售收入达151.97亿元,同比增长38.23%。

  曾几何时,螺蛳粉还只是柳州市的街边小吃。从第一包预包装螺蛳粉面世,到销售收入达500多亿元,只用了几年时间。

  螺蛳粉为何这样红?贾建功说,这得益于用工业化思维谋划“这一碗粉”的发展。2014年,商家开发出方便流通、速食的袋装螺蛳粉,并引发市场关于“粉”的供给侧结构性改革。袋装螺蛳粉搭乘“互联网+”的东风,走进千家万户。

  与此同时,柳州市政府为螺蛳粉产业发展“保驾护航”,顺势制定螺蛳粉标准、申请地理标志产品、建立螺蛳粉检测中心、加大质量管控力度、加强品牌保护。如今,一碗小小的米粉已串起一、二、三产业的融合发展。柳州市借螺蛳粉打造全产业链,共创造就业岗位30多万个,预包装螺蛳粉远销20多个国家和地区。

  同为中国地方美食的重庆小面,也将螺蛳粉视为目标发起追击。去年,重庆政府称将全力打造以“重庆小面”为IP的地域特色名片,让有着400年历史的重庆小面走出山城,力争成为像柳州螺蛳粉那样的网红食品。

  In 2021, the General Office of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region also issued the "Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Promotion of the High-Quality Development of Liuzhou Snail Noodles and Guangxi's Advantageous and Characteristic Rice Noodles Industry", proposing to use the concept of industrialization to plan and develop the whole industry chain of Guangxi's advantageous and characteristic rice noodles, and strive to realize the whole industry chain of rice noodles Sales revenue exceeds 100 billion yuan, and guide enterprises to develop overseas markets.
