Implement industry standard management for the recycling, processing and utilization of scrap iron and steel, scrap non-ferrous metals, scrap plastics, scrap paper, scrap tires, scrap textiles, scrap mobile phones, scrap power batteries and other waste materials.
Strengthen the environmental supervision of the recycling, processing and utilization of renewable resources, promote cleaner production, strengthen the source control and standardized treatment of pollutants such as waste water and exhaust gas, and ensure discharge standards.
The "Opinions" also mentioned that illegal dismantling and disposal of scrapped cars and waste electrical and electronic products should be cracked down in accordance with the law.
Severely crack down on illegal activities such as recycling of renewable resources, illegal transactions in second-hand commodity transactions, counterfeiting, and fraud.
