Zhongxin Finance, January 19. On the 19th, the State Food and Drug Administration issued a notice on 71 batches of unqualified cosmetics (No. 6 of 2022).
In the national cosmetics supervision and sampling inspection work in 2021, after inspection by Jiangxi Provincial Drug Inspection and Testing Institute and other units, the product names are marked as BONYHAiR hair dye (brown), Danis hair dye 5/45, Diwei hair dye (deep golden coral) 71 batches of cosmetics, such as Shoubang Run Hei Lu (natural black), Hong Rui Kathy hair dye (wine red), were unqualified.
According to the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics" and the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics Production and Operation", the State Food and Drug Administration requires the Guangdong and Zhejiang drug supervision and administration departments to supervise the registrants, filers and entrusted production enterprises involved in the above 71 batches of unqualified cosmetics according to law. File a case for investigation and order relevant enterprises to immediately take risk control measures and carry out self-inspection and rectification in accordance with the law; the drug supervision and administration departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) order relevant cosmetics operators to immediately stop operating the above-mentioned cosmetics, and investigate their purchase inspection records according to law. Products shall be traced back to the source; if illegal acts are found, they shall be investigated and dealt with seriously in accordance with the law; if a crime is suspected, they shall be transferred to the public security organs in accordance with the law.
