In 2021, Beijing's consumer price (CPI) will increase by 1.1% over the previous year (2020).

According to Bian Jing, deputy head of the Beijing Survey Team of the National Bureau of Statistics, Beijing's CPI will increase between 1.7% and 2.5% from 2017 to 2020, which is higher than the 1.1% increase this year (2021).

From the perspective of the factors affecting the CPI's tail-raising and new price increases, the tail-raising factor in 2021 will be about -0.1 percentage points, which is the first time in the past five years. .

  From the structural point of view, the prices of the eight categories are "four rises and four falls".

Among them, the prices of food, tobacco, alcohol, education, culture and entertainment increased, but the increase was lower than that of the previous year; the prices of transportation, communication and housing changed from falling to rising; the prices of other supplies and services, and medical care changed from rising to falling; clothing and daily necessities and services Prices drop.
