On January 14, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province held a press conference to report on the epidemic prevention and control work.
Li Xiang, deputy director of the Management Committee of Xi'an International Port Area, said that since the outbreak of the epidemic, the area has opened up a green channel for the China-Europe freight train Chang'an. The closed-loop management of the whole process from unloading at the port to the high-speed return to Shanghai ensures that the vehicle does not stop and the driver does not leave the cabin.
At the same time, it coordinated to connect with brother cities, and established remote rendezvous points in different places, which ensured the stable supply of goods for the China-Europe freight train Chang'an.
On the basis of conscientiously implementing the epidemic prevention policies at the ports of Zhongsheng and municipalities, and adopting the combination of "civil air defense + physical defense", the China-Europe freight train Chang'an has achieved an average of 12 arrivals and departures per day.
