Edison Motors took over Ssangyong Motors today (10th).
Ssangyong Motor announced today that it has signed a main contract for M&A with the Edison Motors consortium.
The signing of this contract is the first in more than 80 days since the Edison Motors consortium was selected as the preferred bidder for the acquisition of Ssangyong on October 20 last year.
The acquisition price is KRW 34.8 billion.
