China News Service, Shaoxing, January 1st (Reporter Xiang Jing) For 15 years, they have been down-to-earth, or carefully inspected on the project site, or delved into the laboratory and data game; they have the courage to innovate, break through the limitations of traditional concrete construction, and explore the industrialization of new buildings. Technology; they work day and night to make scientific research light up green and let low-carbon benefit the private sector...

The top ten "most beautiful builders" in Zhejiang Province for 2021 were officially announced recently. The tree selection event was hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and undertaken by the Zhejiang Branch of China News Service.

Among them, the Baoye Building Energy Consumption and Carbon Emission Research Institute, which has long been committed to low-carbon industrialization and green building system integration, and has obtained multiple scientific research results, was selected as a group.

In September of this year, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Action Plan on Building a Model for the High-quality Development of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction and Promoting the Construction of a Demonstration Zone for Common Prosperity (2021-2025)", proposing to focus on building a "Zheli Anju" by 2025. "Five Models" in the New Era "Fuchun Mountain Habitat", Quality Construction, Construction Industry Transformation, and Digital Reform.

The transformation of the construction industry has a long way to go.

Under the vision of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", the construction industry is facing huge energy consumption challenges.

Qiu Shuifu, director of the Baoye Building Energy and Carbon Emission Research Institute, introduced in an interview that in 2010, the "Research Report on the Promotion of Building Energy Conservation in my country" issued by the General Office of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference disclosed that civil buildings went from the production, construction to the use of building materials. The energy consumption has accounted for 49.5% of the total energy consumption of the whole society, surpassing transportation and industry to become the largest energy consumption and carbon emission source.

How to transform from “energy-consuming buildings” to “energy-saving buildings” and “energy-generating buildings”, and to realize the improvement of building energy consumption indicators from a one-way K value to a comprehensive Q value, has become an important issue for urban low-carbon development. Many researchers have planted the seeds of "change" in their hearts.

Facing the current situation of high energy consumption in buildings, the 30 building research personnel of Baoye Building Energy and Carbon Emission Research Institute with an average age of 36.8 years old are determined to explore solutions for building energy efficiency.

In 2006, this young team focused on building energy conservation and emission reduction research.

According to Qiu Shuifu, the most important and difficult point of building energy saving is the loss of energy consumption of the envelope structure. Among them, the energy-saving technology of glass doors and windows is the top priority in building energy-saving.

Over the years, the team often needs to go to the real estate to inspect the building doors and windows, continue to experiment, test and demonstrate, and reciprocate, so as to find the part of the energy loss of the windows and doors, and adjust the design until the best value appears.

Not only for outdoor exploration, the team also specially opened up a huge space in the research institute, and built a full-scale all-weather environmental simulation experiment platform that can test the building's comprehensive quality and environmental protection and energy saving indicators.

Taking a closer look at the laboratory, a real house is shocking, and researchers shuttle through it daily.

"Building at a ratio of 1:1 for ordinary residential buildings can simulate the climate of 9.6 million square kilometers in China. For example, simulating a wind and rain of 50 meters per second (equivalent to a typhoon of 17 or 18), and the coldest average temperature from the north of Mohe in Heilongjiang is below zero 30 degrees Celsius, to a temperature change of 60 degrees Celsius above the highest average temperature in Turpan, Xinjiang, etc." said a researcher.

After a lot of experiments, the team upgraded the one-way indicator K value of building energy consumption in China since the 1980s to a more comprehensive and accurate comprehensive Q value, providing basic data support for the establishment of China's energy consumption standards.

In the past 15 years, this young team has broken through the traditional concrete brick-concrete structure-based construction method, combined with advanced construction technology at home and abroad, innovated and developed an industrialized integrated building system, and achieved energy-saving and low-carbon throughout the entire process from production, construction to use. .

Qiu Shuifu explained that with the same 280 square meters of usable area, the system can achieve energy saving of 63% compared with traditional buildings for one year, and the reduced carbon dioxide emissions are equivalent to the total carbon dioxide absorbed by 176 trees, which is equivalent to the amount of carbon dioxide absorbed by a car from Beijing. The total amount of carbon dioxide emitted by the five single trips to Hangzhou.

There are tens of millions of Ande Guangsha.

The team of scientific researchers understands that extending the life of a house is the greatest energy saving, and it is also the people's expectation for a better life.

They devoted themselves to scientific research and launched the "Hundred Years House" industrialized technology building system, which increased the building life from 50 years to 100 years.

And applied it to the "Xinqiao Style" project developed and constructed using the whole industrial chain model of building industrialization, which has been recognized by the industry and society, and won the "Zhan Tianyou Award", "Guangsha Award", "Building Application Innovation Award" and other honors .

The system has also been incorporated into the textbooks of civil engineering disciplines, architecture and urban-rural planning majors in colleges and universities across the country, as well as compulsory textbooks for the continuing education of first-level registered architects, and won the 2020 "China Construction Science and Technology First Prize".

From the laboratory to the project site, from step by step exploration to participating in the compilation of national standards and obtaining scientific research results... 30 scientific researchers have continuously overcome "building energy consumption" through experiments and sets of data, so that the people can live in peace. , And also contribute to the "dual carbon" goal.

"When is proud, when does it begin to decline", in the lobby of the research institute, this slogan reminds the youth of the team every day.

For fifteen years, they illuminate the light of scientific research in reinforced concrete, guard the people's homes through painstaking research, and jointly interpret the rigorous, innovative and unremitting pursuit of "the most beautiful builder" quality.
