China News Service, Suifenhe, January 1 (Shi Zhengang, Qu Yiwei) Suifenhe Railway Port Station announced on January 1 that in 2021, 549 China-Europe Express trains will be operated at Suifenhe Railway Port throughout the year.

Since the launch of China-Europe trains at the port in August 2018, a total of 903 trains have been opened.

  Suifenhe Station is the largest port station on the railway to Russia in Heilongjiang Province and one of the important entry and exit ports for the China-Europe Railway Express.

  In the international cross-border transportation of goods, the station plays the role of the Sino-Russian border station hub, serves the construction of the "Belt and Road", accurately implements epidemic prevention measures for imported goods, and effectively prevents the risk of epidemic spread of imported goods.

  Suifenhe Station has refined and improved the transportation organization procedures and epidemic prevention and control standards of China-Europe Express trains, such as pick-up, pick-up and delivery, epidemic prevention, reloading, preparation and dispatch, so as to achieve open reception and dispatch of wide-gauge Russian trains.

  The data shows that the number of China-Europe trains at Suifenhe Station increased from 30 trains per month in the first half of the year to around 60 trains per month in the second half of the year. In August, it set a record of 66 trains per month.

  At present, the China-Europe Express trains entering through the Suifenhe Railway Port mainly arrive at two municipalities in 8 provinces including Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Xi'an and Shanghai, and the outbound China-Europe Express trains arrive at Russia, Belarus, Poland, Germany, Belgium and other countries.
